- Check in/out
- Check in is from 2:00 PM and check out is until 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability. Guests who book directly with us may be eligible for up to 4 hours of early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. Extensions beyond 4 hours will be charged at half-day room rates. To guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance to arrange a pre-paid extension.
- Airport transfers
- Flight information must be intimated to us at least 24 hours before arrival or departure so we can arrange a seamless transfer.
- Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation until 24 hrs before arrival.
- Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking Policy
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
- Child Policy
- Children under 12 years stay free when using existing bedding. For breakfast, children aged 7-12 are charged 50% of the adult rate, while children 6 and under eat breakfast free.
- Payment Methods
- All major credit cards, UPI payments, and cash are accepted. For corporate bookings, bank transfers can be arranged with prior notice.

- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may attract a charge depending on the rate type selected.
